Why are people so excited about this?
The only offenders will be mid and lower tier players.
The superstars will be protected as usual and not be affected by this since they will never be called for flopping.

Superstars don't flop as often, IMO. Most players who flop are scrubs who can't get it done without that extra help.
One exception. Emanuel Ginobili.
