Said lsu will have to pressure with only 4 and get to AJ. Also said that lsu will have to play way over their heads. Basically we are going to lose.

Still butthurt I guess.

Not sure what the problem is. Alabama has giving up quite a few sacks this year.

Considering AJ has already been sacked more this season than all of last season and has a gimpy knee, that shouldn't be a problem

Bama should be considered a prohibitive favorite. They've got a balanced offense (better than last year's by a mile) and we have ZERO offense.

It's a very difficult game for us. Saban is a master at affecting the quarterback and Zach is shaky.

Make no mistake, we will compete but our strength, the D, could be worn down late.

Well then....everything is aligning for an LSU victory......all we need is Corso to pick the gumps......then we can "restore order"

Is there really anything not accurate about that analysis?

Bama 2.13 per game
Lsu 2.25 per game

Pretty even

One we have 2 freshman and a sophmore playing on the line. Second we have a qb with center blocks for feet. You guys have absolutely no reason giving up that many sacks which means we will have our fill come Saturday. I'd set the over/under at 3 and say 4

Good. LSU plays best with their back against a wall and not given a chance.

Actually yes. First, LSU doesn't have to get to McCarron only rushing 4. That insinuates that LSU's secondary can't cover Bama's WR's man to man if we blitz. This is false, Bama's WR's don't scare anyone, certainly not our secondary. Simon, and the two Jalens are more than capable in man coverage.

And LSU doesn't have to "play way over thier heads" to win the game. These are basically the same guys that went into BDS last november and took the measure of the tide. Why does everyone think that all of a sudden LSU can't compete? It all comes down to that one game in January. I'm not buying it.

As far as I am concerned the BCSNCG was a special set of circumstances that will never be repeated. Take out that one game and LSU and Bama have been even steven since Miles has been here and I don't see anything different this year...despite what all the chicken littles and the folks like Herbie with their uniformed surface analysis of LSU's chances.

How did we win 7 games with this "ZERO" offense you speak of. You need to watch more football and post less...
