This is the one single thing I have been trying to relay to ppl who complain 24/7... they do not understand that the level of success we have experienced under miles is not normal... there are very very very few coaches who could come here right now and be as consistent as Miles has been.

Yes there are some that could do very well, but the chances that we pull one of those are not 100%.

Les Miles is a great guy, an awesome family man, represents the University well, is very loyal, an above average recruiter, loves the community, treats his players like family, graduates his players at a high level, runs a clean program, makes the tough decisions (dismissing two former SEC Championship MVPs), has invested in the area,, and the community loves him back.

Oh and he wins 80% of his games. Which, if you read the stuff above, is just an added bonus.

It would be a damn shame if he were to leave.
