LSU football program's overall record...

The overall record is (733–390–47)
Michigan got to 900 wins over the weekend. So that got me thinking. What will happen first. Will LSU get to 800 wins or 400 losses first?

As long as Miles is HC, I think wins 800 wins first.

Going 67-9 or better wouldn't be hard at all for Les. Although another 2008-2009 type back to back year would put it in serious jeopardy.

This is easy. 400 losses will happen a lot sooner than 800 victories. 10 games is not a lot and in the SEC losses can happen quickly. LSU has 8 losses in the last 3 years and 8 games of this season. This season is not over yet so the chance to get 1 or 2 more losses under our belt is quiet possible.

It's VERY close for sure.... Winning 67 more games out of the next 77 is .87 winning percentage.
Miles is currently at about .845 I believe.
No shame in NOT reaching 800 wins first for sure... My gut feel is very close, but the 400th loss comes first.
Going 10-2 the next 5 years results in 10 losses long before 67 wins.
11-1 or better every year for the next 5 years is what that would take...no stumbles at all.
I cannot realistically predict 12-1, with a bowl win annually for 5 years. Never been done EVER by anyone..so while mathmatically possible, not likely.
But still very much a Miles supporter.... If we changed coaches tomorrow for whatever reason there is no way LSU makes 800 wins first.

400 losses will happen first. You have to be really delusional to even question that

400 losses, 5 years @ 11-2 would put you @ 788-400

I would love to see the 800 come 1st, but going 67-9 while playing in the SEC would be extremely difficult to do. imo
400 1st

Good question. 67-9 is doable, but tough. I'm going to say 400 losses but I think it will be fairly close. Hopefully I'm wrong

It will be close, but we will probably get 400 losses around 798 wins

This. No shame in it either. It would be close but the 400 would come first.

We will lose 10 games before we win 67.

400 losses. No chance LSU is going to win nearly 90% of their next 75 games. Thats ridiculous....
