Where the vialation may come in is where everyone else has to pay to get in and the players dont IE special benefits. Dont think we,ll see him back. "Sad" waiste of great talent.

1. You have to get someone to admit that happened(good luck)
2. You have to get people to remember what happened at the door of a club 7 months ago
3. Even if you get 1 and 2 them skipping a 5 dollar cover charge probably won't make too many waves

Moscona is saying that Jennifer Hale is reporting the Matheiu family is pissed. Basically SI called repeatedly trying I harass them for a story. When they didn't answer SI continued to harass and call from blocked numbers. Mathieus even got a Lawyer to block the piece from running.

That explains why the story is so all over the place. He probably wanted an exclusive, got turned down but still had the deadline so he took a bunch of recycled material and cobbled it together with BS for a story.
