CLM is an oline guy....so how in the hell are they such a liability? I am tired of the injury excuse.
We've lost three starters and the guy whom we've ran behind for 2 years. No program can sustain 3 losses to the oline. Not even bama

Very serious. In all honesty, your credibility with me is shot. Not trying to be ugly about it, but where you view LSU and where I view it will never converge.
O dont worry, Im sure thats how most of us feel about you too.

Exactly.
And really, if we gave every single head coach a written exam, where would Les rank? We didn't pick him because he was the most cerebral coach available, did we?

I cant remember the last player that has gotten better over the years on offense.
Brandon Lafell
Stevan Ridley
I'm sure there are a few others. But they are out numbered by the players who regressed under this offense.

I don't know more football than Les.

Just a simple question: do you know more dentistry than the dentist who botches your root canal?

He is a good run blocker, and our LARGEST liability in pass blocking.

You are saying all the draftees were ready for primetime right out of high school.

I would even argue this point.

This is not the same comparison because Curley/Dinardo and the rest didn't have the record that Les has now.
BTW none of us had any say in picking Les or the criteria that were used. It would be pure guesses and half baked theories to go with any one or the other.

What player has improved under Miles?
the fifth leading rusher in the NFL?
Plenty have improved, but this is basic bell curve stuff that is prevalent across all programs. It's what allows Saban to recruit a full class of studs every year

I don't care about the logic but the botched feeling is how I felt on saturday.

You don't have to know every aspect of a job to be successful at it. Do you believe that Obama orchestrated the raid on Bin Laden, or that the CEO of Delta Air Lines knows how to fly a jet, or repair a jet engine? You can have great success by knowing how to delegate. I feel confident that I could have done a better job that Hallman or DiNardo, but at the time, the pay cut would have prevented me from taking the job. In answer to the question, no.
