Basically, they use wild yeast in secondary fermentation to give it a tart or sour flavor.

Will it be in stores in Louisiana today or mid week? Also, the Cove will have Pumpkinator on draft Tuesday night.

You'll probably have a few days window, and last year there was a second shipment if I remember right.
