Does anyone know anyone selling full blooded Yellow Labs or Australian Shepard puppies? Or can someone recommend another breed of medium sized dog thats good with kids. TIA

Beagles are just about hands down the most kid friendly dog there is. They are extremely tolerant and love to love. AS's are very intelligent and are very loyal. They also love to please. Both beagles and AS's are readily adoptable from shelters as well. Good luck.

Why are you needing a "full blooded" dog?

Adopt a puppy from a shelter.

Our Vizsla is an amazing family dog. I don't think my son could make that dog bite him if he had to. Dog's also good with cats, 'doesn't' shed (really just doesn't have much hair), but is annoying and clingy as frick. Really, really clingy.

Grandfather in law breeds pureblood yellow labs, good bloodlines, they send dogs all over. Last litter, I think, he flew one to Australia.

laangler21@gmail if you want and I will send you the contact for his broker.

If you look around, you can find an adoptable AS that's been chipped, fixed, potty trained, and anywhere from a pup to 2 years old. Plus adoption fees are peanuts. If you decide to adopt, I'll help chip in for your fees. I'm always willing to help out someone looking to adopt.

Thanks for the offer. I found a yellow lab in Breaux Bridge that looks full blooded. I called and left a message will fill out application when I get home.

Awesome man! I've made this offer a few times and so far no takers. Adopted animals seem to sense they're being saved. You'll have a bond with them no person can break. Good luck!

You'll have the same bond with a bird dog you buy from a breeder.

It's not an argument against breeders, it's an advocating for adoptions. You'd be shocked at the pure breeds (even bird dogs) sitting at the pound getting euthanized. Hopefully I didn't come across that way.
