Chimay blue clone

Mine is ready right now.

Does anybody ever swap out beers?

I have a Sam Smith Oatmeal Stout Clone and a Chimay Blue Clone for trade.

What yeast did you use for that sour saison? I have my first sour fermenting now and it's a saison and I used the American Farmhouse blend. Not sure what I'm doing, but I guess I'll learn.

Transferred my pumpkin brew into secondary last night. Tasted my steens cane syrup blonde ale over the weekend and it's pretty damn good.

I used Belgian Saison and apparently didn't clean out my starter flask well enough and Brett was carried over. I am going to try and recreate the beer on Thursday by pitching both on purpose to see if I can recreate the flavor. There is no doubt that it is brett that took over though.

I probably just rinsed it out with soap and hit it with star san. I bleached my carboy after the fact and left it full of bleach water out in the sun for a day. Didn't have any problems with it after that.

Bout $100 incl false bottom and valve. Just skip one month of homebrewing and you're there.
