When Jason Garrett is fired in Big D, will Jones move to get Payton?

Jones has done some dumb, dumb things, but not bringing in Payton when he has a shot was one of the dumbest. I don't see Payton moving back now.

An NFL season w Brees in his prime is a very special thing. We may be wasting this one.

I am going to counter this with did Sean Payton take Drew Brees and turn him into a Hall of Famer? In San Diego, Brees was good, but nowhere what he is now. Did SP's system and SP being the point person implementing it, i.e., calling the right plays at the right time, elevate Brees' game.

This is my favorite line for the shitforbrains museum.

You can say what you want about the interims, but if they were any good at being a head coach they would be elsewhere.

Well then I guess we can never have any good interim coaches because they will be somewhere else. How sad for us.

We may be wasting this one?

Damn so every head coach that we look at after SP leaves will not be any good because if they were; they'd be somewhere else with that job.

This sounds like the sentiments of a 4yo that has no idea how the world works.

Was keeping Payton such a smart move in light of the record we will likely have this year and isn't there some chance that he may want to move on anyway and get a fresh start.

yeah...save for the fact that he IS UNDER CONTRACT

I mean do you honestly think he will "want to move on anyway and get a fresh start" from the organization and fans who stood by him where he gets to walk back to his 7M/year job next year.

When Jason Garrett is fired in Big D, will Jones move to get Payton?

Again....HE IS UNDER CONTRACT.

But congrats on literally the dumbest post of a week full of dumb posts.
