What's your favorite dish at Beausoleil?

Gonna go give it a shot tonight. Menu looks pretty awesome, and I've heard good things. What's one of the must have dishes?

His roasted beet salad is awesome. Goat cheese, walnuts, and a walnut vinaigrette.

Had the rabbit, black drum Gulf fish special and mussels with saffron aoli Friday evening and they were all really nicely done. The duck looked good too.

We had the tuna, which was excellent and my wife had shrimp and grits which were good.

My two favorite items are the mussels and the roasted beet salad.
Both aren't entrees though. The pork belly is good.

Foie app is great. Beet salad is too. Duck. Scallops are good.
