Cisco Whale Tail IPA! Fantastic beer, paired with a clam chowder in Boston. Beautiful.

All the hurricane preps are done. Plus got my yard mowed. Figure it will be a touch wet for the next week or so.

Good thread title. BR appears to be in the crosshairs of the storm. I spent the afternoon digging the generator out of the shed and moving outdoor furniture into the shed. I guess I need to be happy that the generator started after sitting since Gustav.

FBD was a Parish Canebrake. SBD is a 3 Floyds Black Sun Stout. Thanks Coater.

kim, how's that stout treating you? i loved the local 2. it reminds me of another beer i've had but i can't place my finger on it. hides the alcohol well.

Absolutely wonderful. Lots of coffee and chocolate flavors yet relatively light in body.

Probably reminds you a Belgian dark ale you've had?

The 75 is my favorite of the bunch, followed closely my 90. 60 is a good IPA too, but I like the other 2 a good bit more. 120 is very strong and one to share with friends.

Might do that. Just hanging out/working a little during the storm. The lovely SO will be working all day so...

FBD is Pedernales IPA. Meh. I think a brewery that has a board of directors before having a tasting room is doing it wrong

One more of theirs to try, a black lager. I expect more meh is in order. At least their hefe was good

B, I'm jealous of that 75. It is a great beer.

Start and end. Hoptimum sucker punches me everytime. Atleast I'm not working tomorrow. I might have to pull a Zappas tonight and have a personal conversation with myself.
