Description - Very casual, activities depending on whatever the hell we are in the mood for. Looking to establish PvP groups.

No the game isn't out yet, but the dignified and illustrious Muppet has allowed us, under his benign benevolence, to start a guild under the Ole War Skule banner. Anyways, if you played the first one, good. If not, the game is a lot of fun, see here: LINK

Purchased the Deluxe edition last Friday but still can't log into Beta.
Haven't read much into it, but is Beta closed now?

They only do "Beta Weekends."
Next weekend is July 20-22.
They may or may not do a stress test before then. But that is apparently it before release. There is no continuous Beta.

I played a ranger to level 18, as you know, but I will probably be switching back to the thief next beta weekend.

I'm actually kind of put off by the 5 chararacter slot limit. I'd like to have one spot for each class. I think Warrior is the only one I'm not interested in.

I want to play this so bad, just can't afford to buy a new computer and my laptop is way too old.

If there's any game to buy a new computer over, it's this one.
Don't think you need a top of the line one either, it's smooth as silk on my laptop which is at least 4 years old.

That's the plan. I think it provides the best of both worlds really. Strong WvWvW and good competitive sPvP.

Okay cool. I am going to see if my small guild - 15-20 of us - will roll on Sorrow's Furnace.
I know they're looking for a medium to high pop but without one of the real massively established guilds.
And like Do'Urden, I haven't touched a beta so I'll be noob as well - most of the guild played multiple betas though.

Exact reason we are rolling on SF. A lot of small guilds are rolling there.
