What Movie Are They Filming on Jefferson Highway (Now Pics)

They've built a movie set in that semi-abandoned shopping center near the river end of Causeway. The set is made to look like a town street and it looks like they'll be shooting soon.

I heard Stallone and Swartzenegger were currently shooting a film in BR....that's all I got

Couldn't tell you. Possibly either The Tomb or that Seth Rogan Apocalypse movie. Maybe Oblivion. Haven't worked down there in some time.

It's just east of where Causeway meets Jefferson Highway. There used to be a Frostop in the parking lot and a Piccadilly Cafeteria is across the street.
They took the old building at the back of the property and spruced it up with window displays, mannequins, and parking meters. They built fake buildings opposite this and painted signs all around.

They're shooting The Tomb in Nola. Doubt the OP is about that though. Set doesn't seem to match the description of the film.

I ate lunch in the strip mall today. As a few others have said it is the Seth Rogen/Jonah Hill movie.

IMDB says that the new Percy Jackson movie is filmed in Canada. No mention of NOLA. Maybe its something else?
