Pan seared lemon fish fillets with a citrus buerre blanc and steamed asparagus. Seared scallops for the runt. Pissed the game isn't on up here.

Still full from a work crawfish boil at 1 today. We did 14 sacks with all the fixins. Crawfish boil spilled over to a bar Dow the road. I'm home now sucking on ultras.

He isn't even answering my emails. I emailed him the other day about my deer lease he was interested in. That was Monday, still no response.

Game is on Cox channel 96. Drinking Cabarnet. Steaks about to go on. Potatoes in the oven. Bleu cheese sauce and green beans on the stove. It is a good night. Hubs brought home cake and cookies from a retirement party today (for his mom) for dessert.

Whipped up some jap and smoked ham pizza. Super thin crust.
Bottle #2 of 06 Mount Veeder Reserve. Nice decant on both. Really tasty stuff.
