Did anyone get a look at Barney's Left Hand in 2015? I couldnt get a good look at it to look for a Ring.

Did they ever say it was Ted's kid? I know they said "Thank god she looks like her mother". the future they always show is 2030 right? his daughter looks to be around 15-16. it would have to be her. hopefully this means he will meet her either this season or early next season.

I want them to bring Quinn into the show more. She is hot.

Gotta be Ted's kid. I really liked this episode solely because it gave us somewhat of a timeline guage for the end like you mentioned. If he has kids in three years they got to start moving this along.
This and the hug fart had me rolling and loved Barney's "Han shot first line". I will tell my kids the same thing.

At the very end of the episode "lucky penny" (season 2 epi 15) it appears that Barney is standing closer to him (best man) at his wedding. It makes a lot of sense that it is Barney's sister.

Ill have to watch this episode again tonight. Thank god for Netflix streaming.

I would think we meet his wife in the season finale and next season is the final season ending with his wedding.

I always thought the series would end with him meeting the mother. Not meeting her, and then having more episodes.
Am I alone in this?

Nah, I thought the same, at first, but based on everything I think you have to show, at least, a little about on how he gets to the altar.
Did anyone notice that Marshall and Lily are still in the apartment? I thought they eventually got a house outside the city after they had their kid?

Why do they have to show how he gets to the altar? Just curious. To me, its all about "how" he met the mother. Not, how he met her and dated her, and every trial and tribulation of the relationship leading to the wedding.
But, that's just me.

I think people would get upset that they never got to know the mother when the show is all about the lead up to her. It'll give viewers some closure I think.
I just started watching the series on netflix streaming on my work nights and I would feel a bit cheated to never see that relationship. But that's just me.

They did, but they realized they didnt like not living in the city, so Ted gave them the apartment. Is Ted now living in Quinns apartment, or did he find a different one?
And havent they already showed Teds wedding?

Same one I'm pretty sure.

Do you mean the same one he's always lived in? Because he definitely doesn't live there anymore. I think its Quinns, I just don't remember how he and Robin settled that.

Anyone have any ideas on what happened between Ted and robin at the end of the second to last episode. Ted just says that they won't see each other for a long time and "more on that later".

I knew about the house before the baby. I meant after they have their kid they move back out of the city
Yes, Ted lives in Quinn's apartment because Robin got the lead anchor position at her network and got a place on the Upper East Side in Manhattan
Ted told Robin he's in love with her and they kissed but then she left for a story and then came back and said that it can't happen - they tried to be friends but it got weird so they stay apart for awhile - that's the basic gist

I mean the same one as the one I quoted...Quinn's.

Why? The name of the show is How I MET your Mother. I expect it to be in the last episode. The series will end w/ Sagat saying, "And Kids that is the story of How I MET YOur Mother"

I agree with that. I do understand why some people would be kinda pissed that they don't really get to see things develop, but I expect the series to end with the statement like you said. Although that doesn't mean we won't get to know her...they could build all of that up to like a first kiss or something like that.
