Any body have a go to AJ recipe?? Grilled some Saturday, wasn't too good. I was thinking of baking it covered with lemon, butter and white wine to try and knock down some of the fishy taste it has. Thoughts???

Blacken it. Then hit with a squeeze of lemon.

AJ is a pretty assertive fish. Was the bloodline cut out? If not then it is really fishy.

Good adjective. The bloodline was cut out. I'm gonna blacken some up and see how it works.
