Except you're missing a bass player
Personally, I'd go John Paul Jones.

I'm not disagreeing, but I love Flea because of his versatility when it comes to styles on the bass, and he can pull out a few other instruments too.
His master session on youtube really impressed me.
Part 1 of master sessions

Producer: Brian Eno (of utmost importance)
Bass: Les Claypool
Drums: Neil Peart
Guitar: Robert Fripp
Vocals: Bono
Synth: Billy Currie (Ultravox)
Strings: Yo-Yo Ma
Harmonica: Harmonicas are not allowed in my all-star band. Not even Neil Young.
...ok, Neil Young can play harmonica...and I suppose Ian Anderson and play the flute.

When I first read OP, my initial thought was, my all star band was already created. Unfortunatly the original Allman Brothers lineup is no longer with us.
But Derek and Warren are worthy replacements. Not better, but best as one could expect.

Led Zeppelen
Arguably the greatest guitar player of all time
Ditto for the drummer
Bass is elite, maybe I could throw Flea in there, I love his sound (Mike Gordon from Phish pretty darn good too)
Robert Plant speaks for himself

I guess I should have just wrote guitar for all three. It's just that Duane Allman switched so seamlessly from playing lead to playing rhtyhm that I gave him the rhythm guitar title.
