Got to think that A) if talks are slowly moving towards a deal that Schefter, Mort, Glazer, Florio etc break hat as well or
B) If one party just caves suddenly and a deal is done/signed in rapid order, that the Saints having such PR trouble will not hesitate to announce the deal.
Either way I don't see this as the type of info that only locals with sources in the organization are privy to cause the team is sitting on it

Fred Hickman and Jennifer Hale are the only tv folks worth a shite. Lee Zurik would be good too if he was still doing sports.
