Give me any three or four of these: Russian River, Ballast Point, Deschutes, Smuttynose, Southhampton, Capitol, Lakefront, O'Dells, Firestone, Clipper City. LA would have reason to celebrate.

I'm with you man but this is a good start. Hell I'm not sure if Russian River will ever make it here.
They don't seem to care too much about expanding in to other markets, much less Louisiana.

That will be nice! Wonder which state is the lonely one left out?

As for New Belgium (Fat Tire), I got correspondence a year or so ago that they would be in LA by '12. I sent another email to them in January (twice actually) asking about the new timeframe and never got a response.

Yuengling.....
Given the choice, I'd go with a lot of other mass produced beers.

The article said Tennessee but I think they meant Mississippi unless their laws change this week or next.

Who knows. They're huge too. It really points out how lowly the LA market is for them to not serve here. We've got to be the last 5 or so states for expansion plans for most breweries.

I keep hearing rumors of New Belgium coming this way... but nothing substantial.

Yuengling... whatever.

Great new about Lagunitas though!
