NO 1/9/2012 ALLOWED PLEASE (unless it's really juicy)

I have a few, they all involve too much alcohol, but I'm going to save mine for later in the thread. I have confidence the Tiger Rant can produce some fantastically awful stories that will surpass mine as the most miserable.

My first game in Tiger Stadium was also our first game after Katrina. I was a freshaman, drank to oblivion, vomited, passed out at half. Stayed to the bitter end and then we lost. The loss was the worst part of that day.

That is not a very exciting story, or really that bad. But that loss sucks, sticks with me. I even have the picture of Tiger Stadium up on my wall that reminds me of it every day...sadistic

Funny story...

Me and a few buddies went to the Auburn game at Auburn in 2010, and of course, Cam went crazy and we lost, so before the game, a buddy of mine sneaks off with another buddy out in this big pasture to fire up a J. Why anyone would want to get stoned before a football game is beyond me...but I digress.

After the game, we're walking back to our spot in BFE, and fire trucks are everywhere...apparently the still burning joint set the damn pasture on fire. We couldn't get out of there because of all of the emergency vehicles...and then we drove the whole way back to BR after the game. a long terrible day!

ETA: The same buddy's truck was parked 2 cars down from that ugly Auburn Van with the huge Tiger Tail that was set on fire during the 2009 Auburn game at Tiger Stadium.

Also ETA: I was at the barn burner game but was nowhere near the barn.

Apparently I can't go to any more Auburn games because something always gets set on fire!

in case you were wondering, nothing was damaged in the fire...just a bunch of burnt grass.

Most miserable I have ever been for an LSU football game was UT 05. Monday night , hot/humid as a southeast Asia jungle. It was terrible. People were dropping like flies. And the 2nd half was awful

The worst experience I had on gameday has to be the Miami game in '88. Not only did we literally had a hurricane in the stadium and on the field but our flask was discovered on the way into stadium and that friend was left outside. Sucked all the way around, horrendous game, poor results, wet, miserable, cold, and no alcohol.

Mine was the Auburn game in 1999. It was during the day and it was so hot outside. When we got to the stadium, I was beyond plastered drunk and the sun was beating down on us. Auburn beat the shite out of us 41-7. I remember just praying to die or for that game to end. I have never been so miserable in my life.

Did anyone go to the last aTm game in Tiger Stadium? That was brutal!

Afternoon kickoff. Early September. Record heat. No one could stay hydrated, including the fans.

There should be a law against August/Sept day games in Baton Rouge.

Forget the exact year but it was Auburn at home. We got skull drug. Booty and Nall couldn't complete a pass. Well I accidentally hit a cop with my Bourbon and coke in the student section after Auburn scored. Got escorted out in handcuffs, but I did see Stromile Swift on the way out.

The Appalaichan St. game in 2008. Woke up at 5 to tailgate, got plastered, then went into the stadium at 9 and sweat my arse off. Had to drive back to Nola after to pick up some shite and drive 15 hours to Destin because of Gustav. And we killed Appalaichan St.

This!

It was my first game to attend in Tiger Stadium after moving to Baton Rouge. Didn't know I needed to arrive early because I'd never witnessed a tailgate frenzy like Baton Rouge can do, so had to park over a mile from the stadium. Was pretty proud I found a spot and u-turned into it right before another car. After the game I found my car's wiper blades (both!) bent at a 90-degree angle. That was the icing on the cake after the literal hot-mess of the game. Bummer!

a couple:

Bama 1979. Cold and rained the whole game. Umbrellas were allowed in TS at the time, it was fricking rain and waterfalls off peeps umbrellas, just awful

Miami 88- Hurricane in the stadium and a total destruction of the Tigers. This was the beginning of the end for Mike Archer but no one really knew it at the time

UF 93 I was too drunk and the Tigers lost 58-3. I drank so much that I broke down crying in the 3rd quarter. Never ever thought in my life I would see LSU stink so badly

Another vote for UT 05.

Vomited all the way home through Burbank contraflow. Don't remember how many times we had to pull over. And I was sober...i blame the game for my illness to this day.
