20 finalist, only 12 make it

PG - CP3, DWill, Rose, Westbrook, Billups
SG - Kobe, Wade, Eric Gordon
SF - Lebron, Melo, Durant, Iguodala, Gay
PF - Aldridge, Love, Griffin, Odom, Bosh
C - Howard, Chandler

The bold are the players I think make it. But it would be tough to leave Westbrook and Griffin off.

Griffin makes it over Aldridge

If Lebron and Wade want Bosh on the team he'll be there.

Bosh was actually the team's best big man in 2008. The international rules really hurt Howard

I doubt Miami would let all 3 of their star players go.

Bosh and Odom seem to do really well in international play. They may both be worth a spot.

PG - CP3, Rose
SG - Kobe, Wade, Gordon(will play the same role Michael Redd played in 08)
SF - Lebron, Durant, Melo
PF - Griffin, Love
C - Howard, Chandler (Need another true center, that was one thing the 08 team didn't have).

Starting lineup would be:

CP3
Kobe
Durant
Lebron
Howard

Though they might want to keep Odom over Aldrige because of his passing ability and versatility, but I feel they want that 4 that can shoot. I know Love can, but Aldrige is a better shooter than Love. They kept Bosh on the last Olympic team, so maybe they take him, if no it will be LMA.

they only kept 1 center last go round. Love can play Center if needed. I dont think Chandler makes the cut.

I think they are going to absolutely want Griffin's athleticism in the post. Someone they can put on the floor with Lebron, CP3, wade, Howard, and run on teams.

Same team I had a few days ago when the roster was first announced:

CP, Rose, Williams
Kobe, Wade
LeBron, Durant, Iguodala
Carmelo, Love
Howard, Bosh/Griffin

Someone said Bosh had an open invite to the team, if he doesn't then I put Griffin there instead. I think a few people have the team taking too many bigs, LeBron, Durant, and Carmelo will be playing the 4 a lot.

I doubt the Lakers want any part of him playing extra games that he might get hurt in

They don't take players that haven't played before, Bynum always needs the summer to recover so he'll likely never make it.
