I'm excited and a heck of alot of other people is as well according to the ticket prices. Seems like to me you're taking for granted the opportunity and privilege it is to have your team play in a BCS title game. Go to bed and dream about the Dave Archer, Curley Hallman and Jerry Dinardo days. You'll wakeup in a better train of thought.

Ticket prices aren't really a good indicator, especially a month before the game. Stadium only holds 70k, so of course demand will exceed supply, especially with a team an hour away and the other team 5 hours (?) away.
And of course any sane fan of the teams involved will be as excited as possible for a NC game, no question. But I imagine the casual fan or the fan w/o a dog in the fight will not be as excited at this matchup as some other possible ones. If you're a fan of points being scored (as most people are outside the SEC), then this is going to be a snoozer.
