At what positions? Linebacker? Sure. I agree with that.

There's a sentiment going around that bama is the only team LSU can't wear down. I disagree. It will be neck and neck for 3 quarters but LSUs depth will mean domination in the 4th quarter. I also don't think mccarron has what it takes in a game like this. He will crumble. I'm calling at least 1 LSU TD on offense, defense, and special teams. 31-7 LSU

I got no problem believing this

I don't understand why? That is exactly what happened the last time they played. Our rotating front 8 took control in the 4th quarter in a way that they could not in the first half. Also if you rewatch the game you will notice a lot of bama players getting hurt vs lsu players towards the end of the game.

Bama doesn't have better depth than LSU and it's really not close.

Qb-LSU
RB-LSU easy
WR-LSU
TE-even Bama's are used more as recievers but we play 3-4 a game but primarily as blockers
OL-even. Neither team uses the backups a lot in big games. I'd argue that with Hebert's versatility we may actually have an advantage
DL-LSU by a mile
LB-Bama simply because their guys are just better but we do have depth.Problem is our backups are better than the starters aside from Baker(and Minter when he starts.)
CB-LSU. Pretty even but LSU has 1 more guy that plays regularly in Brooks
S-Bama slightly Loston is our only real depth in big games. I don't think Bama's backups are very good but they do have more depth.
K/P-LSU 3 guys and all are good.

This is going to be another very close game. Bama is just plain good. Beatable, yes, but very, very good. I would be surprised if the game were decided by more than 10 points.

Watch the fourth quarter and overtime again. They wore them down the first time. This time it will happen a little quicker IMHO.

QB- are you nuts? JJ had 70 yards passing against us AJ had 190+. JL threw 2 Int's. So, don't tell me you own the QB position. BTW, that UGA game was beyond terrible from JJ.
RB- same thing- you're nuts. Richardson, Lacey, and Fowler are step above your guys. And you don't need more than 3, ever.
WR- Ok, I give you this one. I like RR. I wish we had him. But why was your passing below 100yards? We have about 10 4* WR's so we pretty deep but missing Julio.
TE- About even but Smelly has really turned it up a notch the last few games.
OL- LSU.We are a little thin but the starters are equal, imo and most coaches don't play bench on OL much.
DL- I'm calling it even. We run 3-4, you run 4-3. Our 3 are awesome. Your 4 are great. Can't compare that much. We have good depth there too.
LB- yes. We got players on the bench that would start for any team in the country.
CB- I can't call this one. We have 3 NFL corners then it gets a little thin. I have respect for both.
S- LSU in depth. Bama better on the top. After Baron and Lester it gets down to freshman. Lowery out for the year and he was walkon.
Punter- LSU and by mile. K- LSU - but our guys aren't really that bad, just got put in bad situations. And both are experienced.

I didn't see the same game. No quit on either side, IMO.

This game will not be won in the 4th qtr by either team. No one is going to quit and the overall depth is similar. Its not going to be won in the trenches, both OL/DL's are similar.

Its not even going to be won in the RB's although Richardson will get more yards, JJ will make up for it on LSU side.

This game is going to be won or lost by AJ McCarron. He had a lot of open receivers in the last game. AJ had his worst game of the year but it was better than JJ and JL. After the UGA game I'm not worried about JJ. AJ needs to get it to reasonable FG range at least. I think he learned a lot last time but he'll be the difference maker.

Oh, and don't expect any punt returns. We have a better chance at that. Our punter is 38 yards straight up. Your dude is 60 yards but out kicks his coverage. Maze is a pretty good returner himself.

which explains why Wing's net return average is measured in inches. I'm pretty sure you know nothing about LSU's punting.

Bama held up much longer than I thought they would last game, well into the 4th quarter. But they were gassed in OT.

this is true, if games only lasted about 70min or so we'd have this thing locked up!

LSU 34 Bama 33.

Last score is an LSU INT of a 2 point pass attempt by bama, with the score Bama 33, LSU 32, in which Saban attempts to make the field goal necessary with one minute left on the clock.
INT is run back to give LSU the winning margin.
