People posting about ThugU in the 80s- it's obviously not that bad... I love the trash talking. LSU needs to remain that team that demoralizes other opponents and has them leaving the stadium -whether ours or theirs- with their tail between their legs. Scary good AND scary.

It's been at least 5 years since our defense has had this much swag. The jabbering at the end of the game when we're up 26 could be toned down a little

Other than that, I love the trash talking

Personally, I think its more badass to kick their arse on the field without saying a damn word.

Not really timely to say after the game we talked the most shite, we had over 500 yards hung on us.

and won by 26.. with a dropped TD and a missed FG. yards don't mean a damn thing. points matter. our defense executed the game plan perfectly.

It's funny that the trash talking is pretty much all that is being talked about when our team is 4-0 and #1 in the country.

I noticed a little smack talk from BOTH teams and thought nothing of it. After the game I wouldn't have remembered it until I came back to the Rant. I've seen excessive taunting, this was not it.

Get over it people.

The only thing I like about our boys talking trash is that it puts more pressure on them to back it up.

If this is true, will they try it on Florida and Bama? Because these teams are equally talented and can make us pay.

Trash talking can backfire very quickly and lead you to unravel when things don't go your way. Teams more talented than WVU have the horses to make us pay for it.

It's great. Keep it up.

And the staring them down and intimidating them during warmups was fricking awesome.

THIS!

LaRon Landry, Patrick Peterson just to name a couple were masters of it.

Keep it up.

I really like it here. Lived here over 10 yrs now and there's no place like it. Excellent weather, lots of outdoor activities, plenty of job opportunities when the economy doesn't suck - its all here. Only downside is that it is really expensive so make sure you get a good job before you move out here.

You think Florida and Bama would go half speed on us if the DB's didn't talk?

Yes, and that was fine. But our guys look like a bunch of thugs doing it. We're close to crossing the line if we haven't crossed it already. Like someone else posted, we're good enough on the field not to be running our mouths after every play.
