re: Vacuum Food Sealer - batonrouger
Vacmaster VP215 and its not even close. We spend all this money going catch and kill stuff, why not keep your meat as fresh as possible? The external sealers are a real pain in the arse and dont work nearly as well. ...

re: Ford 6.7- A story for you all, Chad and Downshift, esp. - batonrouger
My dad's truck did the exact same thing. 67,000 miles ish. Happened about a 2 months ago. I noticed a oil drip in the driveway, so he went ahead and got the oil changed thinking it may be a loose filter or plug. Brings it to a guy that works on all of our trucks ( 15+ 18 wheelers). Locks up after...

re: Point Au Chenes Hp restriction - batonrouger
I modified my prodrive to spin at 2400 rpm by turning down the governer all the way, and fabricating this aluminum peice on the throttle. It will not spin faster than 2400 rpm, I tried. You cant remove the aluminum peice from within the boat. Think this will fly? The power curve is attached. [img...

I plan on hunting the point au Chenes wma for waterfowl on Friday, and have heard that there is a 25 hp restriction on the wma. Is there truth to this and how much is it enforced especially if you have a 36 hp prodrive. There is nothing on ldwf's website about it. ...

re: Thoughts on the Browning Gold? - batonrouger
Have a 3" gold hunter and it is by far my favorite shotgun I have ever used. A very smooth shooting gun. Yes, you do have to keep them clean. I get about 5-10 boxes between cleaning. A sbe2 shoots like a 2x4 compared to the gold....
