I am contacting my local congressmen today and I will be informing him of Oregon laws. I want Louisiana law to state that "LSU football players are exempt from crimes while they are starters."

It was 4 freaking AM in the morning. If you watched that video you would see hardly a single vehicle passed bye. Man, you guys really need to learn fact checking before you just assume things and attack.

But it was okay for the other 3 in the car to die?

I'm not saying he should be punished, technically he didn't do anything wrong.
I want him to play.
Just want you to understand all these players have most likely smoked and weed is not a foreign concept to us in LA.

How about the whole "He was probably asleep and had no clue what was going on" or the "Massoli probably said it was his weed because him and DT are in love". Should I exactly quote or is that good enough for you?

I never said DT and Masoli were in Love. I said Masoli cared for DT. Masoli already had been suspended for a full year at that point and he had been grooming DT to take his place. And they were close friends.

As far as DT falling asleep. I myself do not know if he was asleep. Nor did I say he was for sure. I just throw it out as perhaps likely because of how late at night it was plus knowing that DT spent all freaking day that same day flying across the country and would be tired. Seems pretty logic that he could of been. Plus on a road trip, that late. Give me a freaking break. You are trying super hard to spin things. But you have indeed failed.

Who is going to bust them? Obviously the OSP won't.

Answer my fricking question dickbag. How is driving 118mph in a car that doesn't belong to you ON A SUSPENDED OUT OF STATE DRIVER'S LICENSE not constitute an arrest? Is that legal in Oregon?

not only that, as a RENTAL car, he would have to be 25 years old and listed on the contract.

Likelihood of that?

ZERO.

One question, was DT the pitcher or the catcher?

Exactly so why would you make up the stupid arse story.

Because it is impossible to sleep on a plane ride and all 3 of those stoned dudes going 120 MPH were being quite enough for him to sleep.

No I'm being logic. Your leader/QB was stoned and having a great time meanwhile you make up elaborate stories making him sounds like the second coming of Jesus.

Can we ban him for being so dumb?

Moreover, is it going to be allowed for every college student? College Athletes are not allowed to have any benefits that would not be available to the regular college student.

Look up your laws. Maybe if the quantity is high enough it would merit a felony but I'd be surprised if a small amount merited a felony. More like misdemeanor and or citation.

No, it hasn't been de-crinimalized in Louisiana - Mississippi, yes, but not Louisiana.

I don't know why any LSU fan would or should be upset about Oregon being any less than at their best for our game on Sept. 3.

The real issue here is how this reflects on Chip Kelly and the Oregon program as a whole, which also shouldn't be a concern for LSU fans, but moreso the Oregon fans.

Kelly and the Oregon program definitely lose quite a bit of national respect with everything that has come to light since he took over there.

DucksflyinPAC do you really not think its a big deal that your team leader didn't seem to care that he was in a car going 120 mph with weed being smoked in said car? Really? Nevermind that it is a situation that could get someone killed, he could easily have had to miss games if the situation would have been handled more harshly by the police offers. And any mature adult should understand that risk to his team of that situation. To act like its no big deal and DT's circumstances were a result of him "being poor" is a bunch of BS.

Man you guys are literally the worst fan base for twisting things and making shite up. No one even comes remotely close to you in spin.

I never said I was not concerned about DT's leadership and riding in the car. I just said our Coach is not going to suspend him for being a passenger(his words) to which I agree. That does not mean, if i were Coach I would not have a serious sit down talk with the guy. And I never said in principle that being high and driving fast, or any speed is cool or ok. I only just pointed out that the road was as empty as it could be. And only how Oregon law views it, and what was caught and what happened.

And you twisted my words and intent about DT being poor. I never said this explains all this. I was just using that as a example of why DT needed a ride in the first place, why he was there and also to hammer a point that tons of other LSU fans have been claiming about us that we pay our players.
