I agree. Now use that same logic, but use Trent Johnson and name all the players:

'm just glad to see there's more than 4 of us interested in LSU hoops.

Just not Trent Johnson's brand of Basketball.

There are about 4, give or take a few that jump in, that defend his losing brand Basketball: Elleshoe, Bubba Hotep, Tiger Authority & TigahRag.

I keep reading that Trent can't recruit Louisiana.
Oh but there is no talent in La.

The talent has been down in LA but now the talent is coming up and with three years to lay the groundwork for getting these players Trent is coming up empty.

Somewhere else. If you don't want to get fired you'd better find good players somewhere.

I haven't defended him since conference play started this past season (I've been banned since January anyway...) but I think if you look at my recent posts I've said its just about time for him to move on. I thought he'd land some recruits this year that would save him if he had a decent year but it doesn't look ike its happening.

I wish we could get awesome players and still keep Collis far away from the program

Unless she changes her wicked ways, there's no worry of her having "inappropriate relationships" with the men's team.

I have to ask, would we have gotten Gathers if Trent was "paying up"? How much sway does CT have with recruits outside of BR?

Also, isn't it a pretty dick move on CT's part to stear kids away from his alma mater?

I don't think Collis is too involved anymore. I thought he was busy being a slum lord or something now.

Does CT2 even have any connections to kids outside the BR area?

CT is tied in with the BR Sports Academy .. he steered Tasmin Mitchell, Tyrus Thomas, Big Baby, and his own son -- Garrett, Brady's way .. Brady didn't have to leave the 225 area code and he had a Final Four team ... CT didn't just do that out of the kindness of his heart, just like none of the other AAU "coaches" steer kids for free ... word on the street is that he let TJ know how things were done and TJ told him "no thanks" ... then CT proceeds to pout and bad mouth TJ to local recruits ... then, in steps Dale before things get too ugly and public ..

But there have been no local/BR recruits that Trent has gone hard after. Even with all that happening it didn't change the outcome with any recruit.

Also pissed off former players. His attitude and comments that he needs no help are obviously wrong.
The guys is a terrible recruiter - horrendous.
