If A&M joins the SEC then how would you like to balance the conference? My first choice would be to add Virginia Tech to the East.

Who do I absolutely not want? Oklahoma or Oklahoma State in the West. Clemson, Florida State or Maryland in the East.

I vote move Auburn to the east and combine the Mississippi schools to one to keep it a 12 team league.

It would be as easy to do the same combining in the state of Tennessee, but Vandy adds value to the league in areas outside of football.

Why would you want to make the conference harder than it already is? I'd like to make it easier if anything. Add Louisville to the west and NC State to the east.

Would you mind explaining these a little more. Oklahoma/Florida State would add a ton of history/revenue with the SEC. Not to mention both have very good baseball programs. Were already the kings of the baseball world and adding one of these teams to our football conference we would move from the best to absolute juggernaut. Also I think if Okie State and Arkansas would be an awesome game to watch every year and I would love to kick the shite out of the aggies on a yearly basis.

I vote for adding A&M and OU in the west, and moving Auburn to the east which is where they should really be anyways. We're closing to the east teams geographically wise.

OU i don't think would add much than a juggernaut football team

Why stop there? Hell let's add USC, Texas, Ohio State, and Virginia Tech too. Who cares if every team will lose 4 games a year and play themselves out of title contention? On paper we'll be the best thing ever!!

That would be neat with the possibility of Bama/Auburn playing the SECCG one day.

I hope you know this is never going to happen absolutely under any circumstances.

Women's basketball. Tennessee fans are foaming at the mouth of this candidate in the expansion talks.

Sounds like a Georgia fan is scared. You won't play every bad arse school every year. As an LSU fan I'm absolutely confident we could play with any school in the nation. Obviously you'll have your mix of cupcakes on the schedule genius. I would understand your point of view though, I mean losing to UCF and what not.

Same here. Texas and DC area TV markets would be huge additions for the SEC.

It doesn't mean it shouldn't.

Dan is showing through his recruiting he is wanting to coach a C-USA team, anyway, accommodate him...

Oklahoma brings very little in terms or media exposure (Mizzou would add more) and FSU brings nothing at all as we already have their markets. What OU and FSU would bring is a hell of a lot more football competition than I think we need or want.

ETA: I am in total agreement with you regarding the Aggies.

but seriously, OU doesn't add much more of a market than A&M would and we would have to go to fricking norman, OK

or an LSU fan is too dumb to see if you add every good team then odds are you won't be one of them. even the mighty LSU

Gotcha. I was honestly contemplating on realistic situations. My first choice would be OU/A&M to the west and FSU/VT to the east. Realistically the most likely would probably be A&M and Clemson.

Your right. UGA should join the Big East due the fact that obviously all of their fans want the SEC to get weaker.
