So, is the Vanilla Double Turbodog coming out this month? I read an article about it a couple of months ago and I'd love to celebrate your anniversary with one.

I haven't heard much about it either. I saw a press release in Atlanta a while back but not much around here.

Their Select beers are usually pretty good, so hopefully this will be in that vein.

Their regular lineup... eh... I also hope it's better.

Yep. There is just nothing special about Abita beers IMO. I really want to support a LA brewery, but I find their beers average at best. There are just so many better beers out there. NOLA beers are much better than Abita IMO.

Yep. I am on a NOLA Blonde kick right now.

This. I can't wait until they start canning their beer.

I really like their Hopitoulas. I am a hophead, and I think this is a very good American IPA.

Straight from the horse's mouth: "August"

Don't know when in August, but there you go.

It had been scheduled for June, FWIW.

I support them when they are the best tap handle available.

As in, it's Bud Light, Bud, Ultra, and Abita Amber on tap... or something along those lines.
