so that would mean 6 of the 32 teams in the NFL have "elite qbs"
to me elite is not a term that 20% of the league should have

This SB performance definitely hurts his chances. Him being 28 helps. Plenty of time to win another or pile on the stats if he is capable. He did have a 4000 yard season, so he is probably capable.
