I hope it's me this afternoon. I'm in the office till 11 this morning, then will drive to the lease, check cameras, and hopefully let the air out of something this afternoon.

North wind is ripping up here in North La. Saw 4 does and 2 spikes this am. Monday and Tues am look good.

Scared three bucks off the plot when I came in this morning. It was too dark to tell at the time, but I swopped SD cards when I slipped out of there. Checked the pics at lunch.
Sick to my stomach. The big boy was amongst them.

Hammered the specklebelly geese this am here in Saskachewan. Took 22 in all with a couple canadiens. Got a limit of cranes last night too. Ducks this evening.

Had a great hunt this evening. Had to work this morning. Didn't draw, but had 14 deer come within 15 yards,2 more about 30 yards away. 2 legal bucks(3point rule), but no real shooters. Wind layed before dark, and it was absolutely no movement(deer were on top of me) for about 45 minutes....Great!

Made my first bow hunt ever yesterday afternoon. Saw 12 does but none I wanted to take. I'm sitting in a pop up ground blind this morning and I'm a little chilly. Its 50 degrees and all I brought is shorts T-shirts and my mesh leafy suit. Hopefully ill have my first bloody arrow today.

BOW DOE DOWN!!!
Just found half a bloody arrow after shooting my my first deer ever with a bow. I'm giving her some time but hopefully ill be recovering my deer shortly.
