I have been logging every fricking calorie I eat and swimming 8 miles a week. I have lost 1 fricking lb. in 3 weeks. Granted I lost 25 in a couple months when I cleaned up my diet and got back in the pool but this stall has me pissed. Eating 1450 kcals on non-workout days and 2000 on swim days. I better break through this plateau soon or I'm going back to Oreos. I love Oreos.

Keep it up. You will drop four or five pounds all of the sudden.

I know the laws of thermo-dynamics says I will. But it is some kind of frustrating. Thanks man. I can say that despite needing to lose another 30 lbs, I am in the best cardiovascular and strength shape that I have been in my adult life.

Yep, I also learned the hard way swimming is a shitty exercise for weight loss. Can't explain it, but it doesn't/didn't work for me either.

Walking a few hours a day seemed to give me the best results without putting too much strain on my body.
