What time you go in on Sat/Sun? I usually hit gym kinda early those days (around 6 or 7)
My work schedule is Mon-Fri till 3 and then I go sit with my grandmother till 4:30 or 5:00 each evening

my big arse foot managed to miss the bottom step on the ladder as I was coming down from helping setup our christmas tree at work on monday. Haven't been to the gym this week, so I'm pretty satisfied with my lack of any real movement in weight this week.

Had company christmas party last night that obviously came with a prepared meal and killed about 4 beers in the 4 hours I was there, so was dreading this morning a bit, but it seems to have turned out good.

That's because I haven't gone on any runs or walks this month
I've been hitting the gym and getting in a mile on the treadmill before lifting.
The calories thing.. I'm just experimenting. I need to give it more time to see the results.. nbd.

Nike+ tracks treadmill btw
I've noticed mine is usually .20 miles ahead of treadmill reading and calories always lower than treadmill though

How does it track treadmill? I put my phone on in a cupholder or in a spot on the treadmill..

I wear mine on my arm via armband and it tracks by movement. Same way it does when you run outside on a track

See location set for indoor, I'm sure it's done by arm/leg movements. Like I said mine is usually .20 miles faster than what the treadmill says and usually lower in calories (because it doesn't account for the raised platform I'm running on incline 2.0-4.0)

Yeah i tried all that once on the treadmill and it didn't work :/ But I had it in my pocket. I lost my arm strap.. need to get another.

Walmart has them for 19.99 I have 2 just in case one breaks.... I use it every time I go to the gym
