255/224.0/225 My goal has been reached and confirmed after two morning weigh-ins being below 225. Last time I was in this weight range I was 24, it's time to go for the weight I was at 21, 205. Beach trip coming up in July. If I am halfway there by July I will be pumped. NEW GOAL: 255/224.0/205.

188.8 yesterday..188.1 today the jello is jiggling! eta: and this after a massive meltdown after getting caught 10 miles outside of town in a downpour/hail/monsoon and ditching my ride in favor of margaritas and a huge bowl of chips & queso at the mexican restaurant i stopped at to get out of the rain. i'm hoping once i'm firmly back in ketosis i can get this number down a bit more.

Brad Pilons research in Eat Stop Eat is pretty interesting and what CAD had posted in here about 20-30 pages ago? Anyway, you can have black coffee, water only and Pilon said you can do up to 2 24hr fasts a week. I have done a bunch of 1x a week fast and only one 2x a week fast.I'll usually drop 1-3 lbs. They get easier week to week, and to prevent any muscle loss, workout during your fast. Try to find Pilons "Eat Stop Eat".
Thanks Envy, I will check that out. I had read some things from Mark Sison about IF but I will check this out too. So would green tea be okay? I don't really see the difference between that and black coffee. It's no big deal, I only drink black coffee anyways but I do enjoy the benefits of green tea every day too. LINK This article is very encouraging for me. Part of the reason for me losing weight is to help with my wife and I getting pregnant. Fasting can help that.

Been awhile since I checked in here. 280.8/239.6/195.0 I have the final weigh-in of my biggest loser competition on Sunday. Winner, in terms of percent lost, gets $600, so I'll probably be doing a fast Saturday until the weigh-in on Sunday. Also heading to Vegas next weekend for the wife's birthday, and it's pool season, so I've got to hit the workouts hard for the next week.

CT has been eating comfort food. That dude that got murdered in New Orleans grew up a few doors down from me. He was the funniest guy I ever knew. Tomorrow I must drive to Louisiana for the funeral. That is going to be one hell of a depressing day. Congrats on making 188. When are you going to get me that hot dog?????

Er... I've been in hiding. I seem to be moving up to meet you. Not because I want to eat all of the horribly fattening things but because I thought a new competition would help you...yeah, that's the ticket.

302/287.2/245 I ate good yesterday and overcame my first real test, some friends wanted to go eat Mexican last night but I managed to say no. I'll be doing a cadfast starting after dinner tonight.

After breaking the fast with all sorts of terrible foods, I still lost a lb. 191/186/170 Gotta get through a soccer party and a going away party today, but I'm bringing a salad to the evening party so hopefully that will help.

Going to twin peaks for lunch. What is a somewhat healthy item to eat? Also got a wedding tonight. If I get through the weekend staying below 225 I'll be surprised. 255/224.4/205
