As many as it takes. I root against them every week so I think next week I'm going to root for them to kill Northwestern.

Why not Iowa?? I know i know, they are some crappy team from the Big Ten right? Everybody points out their close games with Northern Iowa and Arkansas State, but what about their wins against @Penn St (8-1,4-1), @Wisconsin (6-2,3-2) and Arizona (5-2,3-1)??? Im not saying they are the best team ever, but hey they keep winning and if they win @Ohio State....why not Iowa?

if they win out, they get in with a texas loss or both bama and florida losing. aka they are the 3rd team in if they win out.

National Championship teams do not need two blocked field goals against a FCS team to win a game.

bullshite ref's overturning touchdowns, ridiculously lucky interception returns for touchdowns, coupled with the fact the Indiana's secondary couldn't cover a sloth.

sound about right?

What will be sad is that if LSU wins out and beats the top two teams this late in the season, and Iowa wins out they get in ahead of LSU.

I think it's safe to say Iowa making the championship game over anyone would be pretty sad. At this point I'd rather have Boise or TCU over Iowa.

That is an asinine statement, especially coming from an LSU fan, and the way they lost games on their way to a national championship.

Not so fast. Our kicker is out, and our QB has a leg/ankle injury. He'll start, but could be more dependent on his arm. And we all know how bad that is.

This game, as well as the Penn State game, will come down to the last time our defense in son the field. If we stop them, we win, if not, TP shits it down his leg and we lose. I use the USC game as the example here.

Regarding Iowa comebacks they don't get 20+ points behind and come back against our defense. But I don't see them getting 20+ points behind against our offense.

How many people did that Pick 6 bounce off of? Wow. I like the pinball sound effect used when I saw the replays.

I generally pull for Iowa for no particular reason, i guess Iowa is a small state and small school compared to some of the other Big 10 giants like PSU, OSU, UM...but this is ridiculous and time for these guys to go down.

Once Ohio State beats them, I don't think we hear anything else about them.

These teams do seem semi-similar. Only difference being Ohio State actually blew some teams out
45-21 Texas Tech
51-17 Kent State
25-7 Washington State
45-17 Indiana
50-7 San Jose State
34-3 Minnesota
