The Fog or Signs.
What is the worst for you?
The Mist, my bad.

ETA: The Mist
It was shocking, and Stephen King himself said he preferred it, but I thought it was over the top.
(FWIW, I thought John Carpenter's "The Fog" was scary as hell when it first came out. The sounds and the music still give me chills.)

Signs was pretty bad. Most people complain because they don't understand why the aliens would come to a planet covered in water. Well that is easily answered since this simply may be the only inhabited planet they have found.
My complaint was they looked like a bunch of prehistoric sleestacks. Find it hard to believe that aliens with interplanetary space travel would be walking around naked with no weapons or tools. Also without the ability to open a door.
I always hated the crap out of Outbreak. The movie explains that the virus liquefies your internal organs. Everyone was near death at the end, but miraculously the antidote immediately healed everyone. Also the SUPER FIRE Bomb they were going to use to destroy the entire city, looked like a small Molotov cocktail when it blew up.

Worst ending ever, and I know this is out of left field, is Teen Witch. I know the movie had little semblance of a plot and was just fricking weird and totally separated from reality, but the movie ends with nothing resolved and none of the moral conclusiveness the plot (I use that term loosely) seemed to be awkwardly working toward.

Did you confuse The Fog with The Mist?

I know it isn't a movie but the Sopranos pissed me the frick off.

Well the book the Mist did not really have an ending.
King liked the new ending but I kind of liked his ending better. His ending is much darker in the long run.

The most recent Indiana Jones is climbing up this list. Though the bad ending may get overshadowed by the bad beginning and bad middle as well.

I can't understand why the benevolent aliens in the Indy flick destroyed everything around them once the skull was returned. Made no sense.
If the natives had not already been killed by the bad guys, then the alien ship leaving would have killed them all.
Also, the legend stated that returning the the skull would grant you a wish. Once again, if the aliens were so friendly, then why did they melt that poor woman's head?
I just can't believe Lucas had as much time to make the movie and yet it still made no sense at all.
Seems like he just felt the need to toss special effects all over the place to cover up the fact their was no real plot.
Oh and what about the fact that the John Hurt character was unable to enter the temple because of the complex puzzle, yet it took Indy about 25 seconds to figure it out.
I guess this movie pisses me off more since Lucas took a nice franchise, dropped his pants, and crapped all over it.

It wouldn't surprise me to see some American Graffiti: Special Edition/Part II in the near future.

He already made More American Graffiti.
So it would have to be The Return of American Graffiti.

In the Mouth of Madness.
The last 10 minutes destroyed the masterpiece that was building in the other hour & 1/2. Could have been a Lovecraftian movie of epic proportions...
ETA Pink Flamingoes is a close second.
