Dome53 - joined the UW bandwagon. Or is it WU? I like WU better.

Where in the SeaTac area do you reside?
Mt. Rainier caused an awkward moment for me once. I had a room with a really good view facing Mt R the first time I was there and I looked out and saw the mountains beneath the clouds and thought, well, what's the big deal? Those mountains aren't any bigger than the Rockies. The next day, I was on a conference call in my room and turned to face the window just after the clouds had parted and I saw this white monstrosity TOWERING over the other mountains and let fly with a "holy shite!", on the call. Easily one of the most impressive sites on the continent.
The people are interesting, too. People tend to get a bit neurotic when they go that long without exposure to sunlight.

What are "Washington Huskies fans" and who would admit to being one in the first place. It must be twenty years or more since they've won anything in football.

If I lived in San Diego, I could say frick (insert any spot in the world here) weather, too!

In answer to the original question, yes, we have three W fans on here. We're expecting all of the rest of them to join soon. That should bring the number up to about 12.
LOL all I've seen in this thread are three Tiger fans that changed their team affiliation and are pretending to be Huskies just to stir things up.
And they did a pretty good job..this has been an entertaining thread, for sure.
Unfortunately I haven't seen a true Huskies fan show up yet. Bummer. Appy State fans were great - we even had some Troy fans - but none from a BCS school. They must really be on hard times up there.

Frankly there is a lot more to do in the Seattle area than post on a message board about a football game 4 months away.

There's more to do in most areas, but not during working hours.
ETA: Just looked back at my post history, and can't find many before 8am, after 5:30pm, or on weekends/holidays. My employer would be so proud.

I don't think Locker makes it out for the 2nd half due to the beating he will take.

Especially when your team sucks in a weak conference.
Having lived in Bellevue for over a year I have to say Seattle weather >>>> Louisiana weather.

I suspect if UW had gone 10-2 last year this board would be swarming with Huskies like gnats on a spring day.

I'm right here.I will be at the game. Will arrive at the game on a big boat with about 100 of my good friends (mostly from Louisiana), drinking fine wine made by my friends in Eastern Washington. If we lose the game I will still be on a big boat drinking fine wine. If we win I will switch to fine whiskey and drive the boat. And honk that big horn, and all will remember me.
