That's total BS...you didnt hear those excuses from the Bear, Tom Osborne, Spurrier, and the list goes on, but Saban is a wus and will never accept blame. Major character flaw.

Were there internet trolls back then? Today, we must adapt and use whatever new age advantage we can glean. Master Saban knew these secrets well.

Think about how Clemson has insisted on a direct pipeline of head coaches back to Tuscaloosa for generations. Dabo is merely the latest generation to follow decades of Crimson Glory to someplace in South Carolina. But make no mistake, it's the tiger's need for emotional greatness, for that psychological edge, that uncanny and somewhat mysterious difference maker that can become one with the player's innermost selves and that can only be ascertained through the BAMA connection. Coach Saban immediately understood this ancient Crimson custom when he was hired by yet another Coach Bryant Yoda of yesteryear, Mal Moore.

From Frank (Don't call me Rock) Howard to Danny Ford to Yaba Daba Dabo, why, you just wouldn't have a NC trophy to shine without an ALABAMA player trained in the fine art of psychological warfare to make it all possible. And believe me, you're welcome.
