I was in Seaside a couple weeks ago for my kid's Spring Break. Didn't see any thugs. I think the closest thing I saw was underage golf cart drivers.
If they really had trouble, I bet they shut that shite down. Too much at stake.

The OP is full of shite. I have been at our home in Rosemary since late mid-January when my daughter went back to school.
Zero crime.
I will tell you that it’s becoming quite the bachelorette place. You younger guys would kill it here. I saw 10 or 11 different parties of broads here last weekend. I don’t really understand it as there isn’t really anywhere to party. The bars/restaurants all close very early.
