That’s a good point. But I guess if you’re the person dropping $1k/year into the Collective slush fund you’re probably already spending money on season tickets and booster points.

Was thinking about the number of people that would give real money to a Collective. Let’s assume 1) it’s the number of seats in a stadium. It’s been said (Kirby) that it costs $15mm to buy a championship team.

So average 100k “diehard” fans and that’s a scant $150/yr.

Honestly I’m surprised how much pushback that giving to Collectives has gotten if the numbers are that low.
