HVL came to LSU to learn to play PG.

Mulkey kept her word to HVL and gave her the chance. It didn't work out and I think Mulkey will make adjustments by putting HVL back at the #2 for the majority of the time.

HVL lead scoring with 21 points against Florida. So now STFU.

But not playing PG. I can show posts that I made, way before the season, that said she would produce more to than assist and she would never be a PG. It's LSU best interest that she plays off the ball as she is a treat at the #2 position.

Thats why Kim is probably handing it over to Poa/MK mostly the rest of the season to get HVL going offensively off the ball. Williams can get loose with the ball but she actually is one of the best passers on the team and can actually feed the ball into the posts and she can get a bucket when needed. Just take the good with the bad with it and maximize HVL's skillset the remainder of the year.

The PG position itself isn't fixable until the offseason but they could mitigate it some down the stretch playing more team ball and Poa stepping up

I really like angel at the free throw line making passes…good things usually happen

Most times a pass to morrow for a layup

Social media has been detrimental to this generation of young people in general. No different for either gender. Half the dudes out there are thirstier for the attention than the women.

Hailey needs to realize that even after a bad night on the court, she is still the most attractive female basketball player in the nation. OnlyFans is just waiting for her whenever she wants it.

I think that the emphasis on the point guard is sometimes too much. If you have good team passing and unselfishness, then the role of the point guard is diminished. For instance, the great Celtic team of Larry Bird had Danny Ainge and Dennis Johnson at guard, neither of whom was actually a point guard. Bird had more assists than either of them. Keep the ball moving with crisp passes and almost always someone will get open. HLV does better in the wings than she does at the point. So even if she dribbles the ball up, let her go to the wing and perhaps get a return pass and put up her shot if it is there.

Ainge was a shooting guard not a PG. DJ was a PG for Boston.

Yeah, ChatGPT of TD wrote this yesterday "HVL is overweight. I'm not saying she's obese, I'm saying she carries too much weight to hand with guards like SC's for an entire game. It's not just her, LSU as a whole just seems heavy/slow footed compared to other top tier teams.HVL, mix in a salad"

Obviously, she isn't the fastest player on the court, but to call her overweight tells me that this ChatGPT thinks a barbell is a new mixed drink! He obviously hasn't lifted weights in his life because muscle weighs a lot more than fat which he says she has. She has a lot more muscularity to her form than most women college basketball players.
To ChatGPT of TD, I would just say, "Your post was an AI FAIL!"

Bench warmer fans, need to stop pretending they know anything about the players on the court.

Mulkey went out and recruited this girl to come play for LSU.

Mulkey has a long history of picking great players .

Guys on Tigerdroppings are still talking smack playing against fellow guys on the local health club gym floor.

To be fair..there probably wouldn’t have been negative stuff said if she didn’t try to play her at PG. that was on KM.

Yeah, what right has a five time National Champion, Hall of Fame Coach experimenting early in the season.

I see a good bit of focus on what Poa doesn't do, but what she does do is really important. Poa is the player that on your team you love and on the other team you despise. Her minutes against Clark last year were a master class on what you do to a brash scorer.
