I'm good with using recent history to talk about relevancy and irrelevancy.
I mean, what is going on in recent history says much more about the direction programs are going in than the last 43,56 or 68 years.

The last 20 years doesn't give us a snapshot of the direction teams are going in today. The last 15 years doesn't give us a snapshot of the direction teams are going in today. The last 10 years doesn't give us a snapshot of the direction teams are going in today. The last 5 years does.
