Jackson or Memphis. I've been to other cities listed, but I must have missed most of the filthy areas

Memphis and Ft Madison Iowa

outside of LA would be Jackson MS. But none compare to New Orleans.

Detroit and the only other city even close is Baltimore.

Pre Covid- Baltimore
Post Covid- Seattle. Damn shame what happened to Seattle. We have been for Saints games before and after covid and post covid seattle looks like New Orleans when it comes to homeless, druggies, and trash everywhere.

Since I don't live in Louisiana, I will suggest Baton Rouge or New Orleans.
While visiting the state capital building with my wife. There was trash piled against the wall, close to the elevator.
I was surprised. It had been about forty years since I had visited BR. I didn't remember it being that unkempt.
New Orleans just plain stinks.

San Antonio and Philly.
I have been to most of the large cities in this country and those are the only two that were alarmingly dirty.

Coming from someone who’s town is in Mississippi
Give me a fricking break about Atlanta
Dirtiest city for me is mobile, AL - white trash meth heads everywhere. It’s a shithole

I thought San Antonio was a dump too
Then the usual suspects
Jackson
I’ve always thought Mobile was trashy too.
Nothing is worse than La towns though.

I thought NYC was a dump. Trash everywhere
Even in the tourist areas.

Philadelphia was nasty
La is full of homeless and human decay
San Diego was beautiful and clean.
Vancouver was the nicest.

I agree and I’ll add Salt Lake City to the list of cleanest cities.
Vancouver is great

NYC is actually pretty clean for how densely populated it is

Atlanta has gone to shite lately. Their downtown is filthy and there are a lot of "for lease" signs.
Didn't expect that. They were doing so well 10 years ago.

Have you visited at all since 2015 or so? It's declining rapidly. It's infuriating to see.

Atlanta. I have to go there 3-4 times a year. There’s about a 15 second glimpse where you crest over a hill on I-20 like 7 miles out coming from the west where the city is really pretty. But you get there and that place is just a nasty arse shithole. Tons of garbage and homeless people under most every overpass.
Glad I'm not the only one that noticed.
I used to live there and it wasn't like this 10-20 years back.
