I've been listening to their channels and they are pissed. They feel lied to and cheated. They are scared that he will poach their transfers, players, and coaches.
They claim if it was for an HC gig they would understand, but this is a backward move in their opinion. Lol.

It's funny how rookie fans still are. None of the mercenaries that play or coach care remotely as much about your school as you do. Learn it and realize they will take money and opportunity.

Anyone who thinks this has no credibility. Drinkwitz is a sub-.500 coach over 3 years at Missouri, it’s pretty obvious that Baker had more to do with their 11-2 season this year than he did.

I’d much rather hitch my wagon to BK and LSU in the long term than a school like Missouri that didn’t have a 10-win season from 1961 to 2007. I mean congratulations on Gary Pinkel having a few solid years but that program is trash. LSU has as many 10-win seasons since 2012 as Missouri has in the entire history of their program

I was thinking the same thing and I even commented on their channel to recognize if you are a good program your coaches will be poached.

One decent season and they think they're UGA.

I understand the immeidate backlash because I would be pissed too. But the whole "lateral move" thing is just deep seeded copium.

In the end, what do we care? We got the guy we want and we're moving in the right direction.

They need to go find the next great DC and keep their program trending up instead of sitting around and bitching about it.

Yeah, when you're good, coaches get poached. Welcome to the big leagues.

Oh, and another recurring theme that I don't understand is that Brian Kelly is a bad guy to coach under. I don't get that one and even asked why.

It's understandable that they would be unhappy, but the reality is coaches are hired to be fired and they have to do what's best for the family. I hated losing our OC, but it's going to happen whether we like it or not. Just remember, as quickly as they are hired, they can also get fired just as fast.

Baker ain’t going to be here long term. Either he will do great and be a HC soon, or he will not do great and be fired.

Don't blame them. Feel the same way about Denbrock.

They have their own personal reasons for such moves.

Can't do shite about it, but don't have to like it.

The best thing I read on one forum is that Baker threw the LSU game for his wife.

Welcome to the real world. Denbrock left us for a lateral move to ND for more $$ and to be closer to family. Move on. Stop your whining Mizzou. He’s better off at LSU. Geaux Tigers. Welcome Balake.

We beat them in their house with the worst Defense in LSU history. They know. LSU will always be the real Tigers.
