You dumb arse. No man is in central Oklahoma and slightly closer to Texas than Arkansas or kansas

At the end of the day, it's still considered an out of state school. It will be harder to convince a player to leave Texas when they have two great options in-state that have more money than OU.
If OU hits a rough patch, they could very well become the next Arkansas. Back in the 80s, Arkansas recruited DFW and East Texas just as good as OU does today. But their lack of success changed that. Now that OU has to play schools with actual talent, I don't think it's farfetched to predict a bleak future.
