My understanding is the contract is 100% voidable by either party after year 2. But I have no evidence other than my shoddy memory to support this.

This is probably the least desirable job this year. You sell the farm to move up and draft one of them and it’s even worse in the coming years with no first round/early picks. When a roster like this is aging the way it is you need picks you can’t sell it all for one pick or you are stuck in a shite position.

I like where your head is at, but we’re at least a year away from being able to do this. Ben Johnson will have his pick of jobs this year and the saints won’t be one of them.
I’m almost on the train of thought to keep carr / Allen around next year as tank commanders.

It amazes me too. The guy who hired Allen as head coach and went out and got Carr and paid him a lot of money. Both are terrible and will set back this organization at least a few years, and nobody wants to run him out of town. We is stupid.

Nah I think most fans know it’s impossible. The saints don’t have a leadership structure that will allow for that. Loomis is essentially the head football guy in the leadership group. He’s only leaving if he steps down voluntarily. It’s not too smart to be mad at what you can’t control.
