When a full batch comes in and they get their first check they almost literally fill up the Walmart here.

Does that preclude a group of hard workers with work visas being sent by a large contracting firm to perform work in an area where cheap manual labor is hard to find?
I’ve chatted up some construction workers who described this above arrangement.
