Sadly, it seems like UGA is the center of breaking the NCAA.
This is an NFL rule and not a college/NCAA rule. And you don't even have to be in college for three years. The NFL rule is "3 years out of high school". Technically, a kid could graduate high school early at 16, and be in the NFL by 19, the NCAA has zero say in that.
And Herschel didn't leave early for the NFL. It was the USFL.
