In a 5 year span LSU might end up with 2 heisman winning QBs who will both go 1st round but what makes it more impressive with LSU than other schools is that Joe Burrow and Jayden Daniels were for lack of a better word rejects, burrow couldn’t get a starting spot and Daniels had his ex teammates throwing his stuff out his locker only to come to LSU and have historic season.
They’re not out here living off #1 recruits like Clemson and Bama did with Trevor Lawrence and Bryce young

I will not lie it’s pretty damn impressive that LSU had Burrow and Jayden put up these types of seasons so close together. I don’t think you’d really want to be QBU though. That pretty much means your team is a Lincoln Riley team. LSU was more consistently nationally competitive when they were widely known as DBU

Pretty sure we had back to back Heisman winners who both went back to back #1 overall pick in the draft, but nice try.

Not yet. Burrow and Daniels only make two over the past four years with nothing really to show previously since Bert Jones. Throw in all the drama surrounding Jamarcus and we have a lot of penance yet to pay.
